A very convenient new complex, with apartments and fully equipped studios. In a very reasonable distance from the heavy populated and over crowded beach area. Amazing low room and food prices! Very friendly and polite personnel at the reception and the restaurant!

There are some difficulties with the water pressure at the afternoon leading to water lack for some few hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere that was far enough from the busy city center, yet still conveniently close. The hotel went above and beyond by offering free transportation to and from the nearby city multiple times a day, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the attractions there. The all-inclusive package was exceptional, with four delicious and diverse meals provided daily. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, boasting a wide selection of pools, a tennis court, complimentary bikes, and even table tennis. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Value for money in that it was very cheap and the accommodation is new.

We were not aware in advance of how far out from Sunny Beach the accommodation was. They offered transfer but at a cost and limited times which made transfer less convenient. We did not have water at times for our last two days. They advertised wireless, however this did not work for me and I was not offered assitance to fix this.

Everything posted on the site is appropriate reality, more than even I was surprised to have a few more services included in the all inclusive package. The entire residential complex is constantly supervised, the cars are safe. Staff is great, fluent in English. Linen change daily. Menu varied from day to day, except breakfast.

Location is a bit far from Sunny Beach, there is a minibus with a not very good schedule, but there is also a bus with more frequent departures (once per hour). Breakfast every day nearly identical, which in a longer stay is unpleasant.

Sunset Complex is an extremely quiet location and a very good value for the money.

As stated in the description, Sunset Complex is very far from sunny beach so a car is a must if you dont want to depend on their transport.
